Notion AI

Notion AI adds writing help, database autofill and an agent that completes multi-step tasks using your Notion pages, connected apps and the web. It works inside the Notion workspace.

Our verdict

Most useful when your work already lives in Notion, but free and Plus plans only get a trial, so the full AI features need the $20 Business plan.

The most widely used all-rounder with a broad feature set, but the free tier is limited and plan names and model options change often.

Claude

Strong at careful writing and long documents, but heavy users hit usage limits on lower plans and the top plans cost $100 a month or more.

FreemiumBest for writing-heavy and analytical work

Gemini

Good value if you already pay for Google storage, but the plan lineup is confusing and the Gmail and Docs features sit behind paid tiers.
